Refund policy
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our products. All Bug Bam Products are warranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 30-days from the date of sale. We will provide an exchange or refund for unopened product/s at our discretion only, and returns my incur a 15% restocking fee. We will not refund the shipping costs if the order has already been shipped.
If you purchased your Bug Bam product in a (online or brick and mortar) retail store, you must return the product to that store in accordance with their refund policies. We do not honor any refunds for products not purchased on this website.
If you purchased your Bug Bam product on this website, please visit our contact us via email at returns@bugbam.com and request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) by providing your order number and a description of your problem with our products. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to make a return.
Our products have been scientifically tested and proven to be effective both in laboratories and real world field tests. Because we have no way of knowing if you have used our products in accordance with the instructions, nor the environment in which they were used, we do not provide refunds or exchanges for product that reportedly does not work.
