We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our products. All Bug Bam Products are warranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 30-days from the date of sale. We will provide an exchange or refund for unopened product/s only, and any returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. We will not refund the shipping costs.

If you purchased your Bug Bam product in a retail store, you must return the product to that store in accordance with their refund policies. We do not honor any refunds for products not purchased on our website.

If you purchased your Bug Bam product online, please visit our contact page and request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) by providing your order number and a description of your problem with our products. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to make a return.

Our products have been scientifically tested and proven to be effective both in laboratories and the real world. Because we have no way of knowing if you have used our products in accordance with the instructions, nor the environment in which they were used, we do not provide refunds or exchanges for product that reportedly does not work.
